✨ Alanna – Yoga teacher & studio owner at Sangha Yoga. I guide women through empowering, accessible yoga and meditation practices that help you feel at ease in your body
We’re keeping this retreat small and intimate (max 12 women) so that everyone gets the attention and support they need. Early booking is recommended to secure your place.
💬 Frequently Asked Questions
💚 Do I need to have done yoga before?
Not at all. All movement sessions are beginner-friendly, with modifications offered. You can take things at your own pace.
💚 What if I can’t come to both days?
You’re welcome to book just one day (£70 each), but the full 2-day retreat (£130) gives you the most complete experience and best value.
💚 What should I bring with me?
A yoga mat, a water bottle, a notebook or journal, and comfortable clothing. You might also want a blanket and cushion for relaxation sessions.
💚 Is lunch included?
Lunch will be provided. Please let us know if you have any requirements/ allergies.
💚 Can I attend if I’m not yet in menopause?
Yes. Women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond are all welcome.
💚 Can I come if I’m on HRT or other medication?
Absolutely. This retreat is designed to complement medical support — not replace it.
💚 Will there be time for questions?
Yes! Both days include a dedicated Q&A with a nurse prescriber, plus time to chat informally.
💚 What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are refundable - 7 days but after that can be transferred to another attendee if you can’t make it.
