JUST ASK CALL

Get Clear Answers To Your Menopause Questions. No GP Dismissal, No Confusing Google Results

A focused 20-minute call with a registered nurse who specialises in menopause. Ask your burning questions, get evidence-based guidance, and know exactly what to do next.

You have questions that no one is answering.

Your GP said your results are "normal" but you still feel awful. Google gives you 47 different opinions. You're tired of conflicting advice.

You need someone with medical training who will actually listen and give you clear answers—without committing to a full program.

That's what this call is for.

WHAT YOU GET:

20-Minute Focused Consultation Enough time to get real answers without feeling rushed. We focus on 1-2 specific questions that matter most to you right now.

Evidence-Based Guidance From A Registered Nurse I'm a Senior Practice Nurse with 15+ years experience and specialist menopause training. You get medical expertise, not generic wellness advice.

Clear Next Steps No more confusion or analysis paralysis. You'll know exactly what to do after our call.

Brief Email Summary A short written summary of our discussion and your next steps—something you can refer back to or share with your GP or partner.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This call is perfect if you:

  • Have 1-2 burning questions and need quick expert input
  • Want to understand if you need the full Navigation Session (many women book this first)
  • Need a quick gut-check on a specific symptom, treatment, or decision
  • Can't afford the full Navigation Session right now but need some guidance

This call is NOT for you if:

  • You need blood results interpreted (that requires Navigation Session)
  • You want a full symptom review and personalized plan (that's Navigation Session)
  • You have lots of questions or feel overwhelmed (book Navigation—you'll save money vs. multiple JustAsk calls)

I'm Lynne—a Senior Practice Nurse with:

  • 15+ years nursing experience in the NHS
  • Specialist menopause training
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Health coaching, yoga, Pilates, and breathwork training

But more importantly: I've been dismissed by the system too. I know what it's like to have your concerns brushed off. I became a menopause specialist because women deserve better than 8-minute appointments and "it's just your age."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Is 20 minutes really enough? A: For 1-2 specific questions, absolutely. This isn't a full assessment—it's focused support for your most pressing concern. If you need more comprehensive guidance, the Medical Navigation Session (£197) or Three-Month Partnership (£597) might be better fits.

Q: Can I book multiple Just Ask Calls? A: Yes! Some women book a call every few months as new questions come up. Others book one call and then decide they want more support.

Q: What if I need private blood tests? A: I'm affiliated with a private blood testing company and can help you order the right tests for your symptoms. We can discuss this during your call.

Q: Can you prescribe HRT on this call? A: No, this is a guidance call, not a prescribing consultation. I can explain your HRT options and help you know what to ask your GP, or I can refer you to private prescribing services if appropriate.

WHAT WOMEN SAY:

I had one of Lynne's calls to talk through my perimenopause. It was so valuable. I came away not only educated, but genuinely empowered. I even had a conversation with my GP where I led the discussion and felt confident in my choices. Thank you Lynne! You are worth your weight in gold!"
