- Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your primary healthcare provider.
Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment for services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Refunds will only be provided under exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of The Lifestyle Medicine Nurse.
- If a session is rescheduled or canceled by the client, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Confidentiality
- All client information will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws.
- Information will only be shared with third parties with the client’s explicit consent unless required by law.
Limitations of Liability
- The Lifestyle Medicine Nurse is not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or losses that may arise from the implementation of advice or strategies discussed.
- Services are provided "as is," and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and resources provided by The Lifestyle Medicine Nurse are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
